TriScience will provide a structured weekly training plan tailored specifically to your needs, lifestyle, commitments & aims with specific training goals – short, medium and long term
Plans are downloaded on to TrainingPeaks which allows you to access your training plan anywhere and at anytime. More importantly it allows you to log your training and provide feedback as to how each session has gone and how you are feeling. This allows your coach to adjust your training, if for example you start to feel overly tired. This is vitally important in achieving consistency.

- Bike sessions on the road & turbo trainer
- Bike technical drill sessions
- Cycle Power Testing – the force exerted on the pedals & how fast is used to determine Maximal Aerobic Power (MAP) and Functional Threshold Power (FTP). This shows where gains can be made and where weaknesses may exist in biking performance. With FTP you can accurately deﬁne training zones to ensure that training is both speciﬁc to your event/distance and creates desired physiological changes for improved performance.
